Overview
anb Seed Fund is a private, closed-end venture capital fund regulated by the Capital Market Authority (CMA). It focuses on investing in high-growth fintech companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The fund targets early-stage investments, from Pre-Seed through Series A.

The fund was launched as an initiative by the Arab National Bank (anb), with direct investment from the bank, to support and advance the Kingdom’s financial innovation ecosystem. The fund is managed and operated by anb Capital, in line with best practices in governance and institutional investment standards.

anb Seed Fund reinforces anb’s role in empowering entrepreneurs in the fintech sector by investing in startups that deliver scalable, value-driven solutions across key sectors such as digital payments, digital lending, insurance technology (Insurtech), and other innovative digital platforms offering direct-to-consumer solutions.

Through this approach, the fund contributes to strengthening the fintech sector locally and regionally, while reinforcing anb’s position as an active partner in building a more innovative and advanced financial future.

Sifi

Founded in 2021 in KSA by Ahmad Al Haqbani & Ali Al Manqur, Sifi has developed a corporate spend management platform offering card management, payments, and accounting system integrations. SiFi is the only corporate spend management company in KSA that has obtained a SAMA license (Micro-EMI) and is in the process of upgrading to a Major EMI license.
Carasti

Founded in 2019, Carasti is an on-demand monthly car subscription app that offers affordable and flexible all-inclusive automotive services. The subscription model allows customers to swap, upgrade, or downgrade their vehicles easily and without long-term commitment. The marketplace business model provides a simple and efficient platform through which fleet partners can manage and monetize their fleet.
Khazna

Khazna was founded in 2019 by Omar Salah and  Ahmed Wagueeh in Egypt with the goal of improving the financial wellbeing of underbanked Egyptians by providing access to convenient smartphone-based financial servicing – focusing initially on salary advances. Khazna is expanding into Saudi Arabia, through a joint venture arrangement with Khwarizmi Ventures, and have received SAMA license in 2025.
Ejari

Ejari was founded in 2022 in Saudi Arabia by Yazeed Alshamsi, Fahad Albedah, Mohammed Alkhelewy, and Khalid Almunif. Ejari is a real estate technology startup that provides a rent now and pay later service (“RNPL”) for residential units. 
Holo

Holo provides an end-to-end digital home buying experience, from assessing eligibility for a mortgage to executing payments. The Holo platform consolidates each stage of home buying into a streamlined and centralized platform.
Spare 

Founded by Dalal Al rayes and Saurabh Shah Spare is an open finance infrastructure provider operating across KSA, Bahrain and Kuwait, with plans to expand into the UAE. Through its standardized API, Spare enables secure access to financial data and account-to-account payment infrastructure, supporting fintech, financial institutions, and government entities in extending innovative financial products. 
Wadaie 

Founded in 2022 by Abdullah Alandas, Rayan Altuwajiri and Abdulrahman Alhawas , Wadaie is the first Shariah-compliant time deposit aggregator platform serving both B2C and B2B clients. It connects users with banks across Saudi Arabia through an automated auction system, enabling them to secure competitive deposit rates within minutes. Incorporated in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Wadaie operates with approval from SAMA’s Regulatory Sandbox. 
Safqah

Founded by Abdullah Alsubaie, Kareem Merie , Abdulmalik Alothman  and Omar Alessa, Safqah provides collateralized, Sharia compliant, sukuk based project financing to the SME developers, and crowdfunds the sukuks from individual investors. The sukuks are collateralized with land pledge and promissory notes on the developer company owners.
Bonat

Founded by Saud Binsaeed and Bader Al Fozan,  Bonat is a KSA-based platform that offers a comprehensive customer engagement solution. The Company provides a web interface to manage loyalty programs, including data analytics, customer feedback, communication, and gift distribution, thereby enabling businesses to build meaningful relationships with their customers. 
Vennre 

Founded in 2021 by Ziad Mabsout, Anas Halabi and Abdulrahman Al Malik,  Vennre is a digital wealth management platform giving HENRYs (High Earners, Not Rich Yet) in MENA access to Shariah-compliant, cross-border private market investments in real estate, private equity, venture capital, and private credit. Sourced from leading global asset managers, Vennre officially launched in August 2024 and is positioned to become the region’s gateway to alternative investments.
