anb capital announces the approval of the Fund’s Board of Directors of a non-fundamental change to anb capital SAR Trade Fund (Shariah), such change will become effective on (27/01/1445H.), corresponding to (14/08/2023G.)

The details of the non-fundamental change are as per the attachment.
