anb capital announces the distribution of cash dividends to the Unitholders of anb capital Dividends Equity Fund (Shariah) for the first quarter of 2024 as follows: 

1. Total distributed dividends SAR 148,053.64
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 1,648,956.2892 outstanding units
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is SAR 0.09 for each unit
4. The distribution ratio is 0.87% of the net asset value as on “day, date (21/09/1445 H.), corresponding to (31/03/2024 G)” 
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of “day, date (21/09/1445 H.), corresponding to (31/03/2024 G.)” 
6. Distributions will be paid within 20 working days

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
