Announcement by anb capital regarding changes to the Board memberships of a number of anb capital funds
 
anb capital announces changes to the Board memberships of the funds listed below due to the resignation of Board member Mr. Abdulaziz Anas Alsheikh (Dependent Member), effective from 12/03/1448H, corresponding to 25/08/2026G:
 
  1. anb capital SAR Trade Fund (Shariah).
  2. anb capital USD Trade Fund (Shariah).
  3. anb capital Saudi Equity Fund (Shariah).
  4. anb capital Pure Saudi Equity Fund (Shariah).
  5. anb capital Opportunistic Fund (Shariah).
  6. anb capital IPO Fund (Shariah).
  7. anb capital Dividends Equity Fund (Shariah).
  8. anb capital Digital & IT Equity Fund (Shariah).
  9. anb capital Multi-Asset Balanced Fund (Shariah).
  10. anb capital Opportunistic Fund.
  11. anb capital Saudi Equity Fund.
  12. anb capital Multi-Asset Conservative Fund (Shariah).
  13. anb capital Multi-Asset Growth Fund (Shariah).

The formation of the Boards of Directors, after the change, shall be:
  1. Mr. Faisal Abdulaah Alrashed (Chairman – Dependent Member).
  2. Mr. Ahmed Samir Al-sourani (Dependent Member).
  3. Mr. Saad Ibrahim Al-jalal (Dependent Member).
  4. Mr. Fahd Abdulaziz Al-Muharib (Independent Member).
  5. Mr. Faris Abdulrahman Al-faris (Independent Member).
  6. Mr. Mohammad Abdullah Al-gassim (Independent Member).
