anb capital announces a change in the membership of the Board of Directors of anb capital Multi-Asset Conservative Fund (Shariah) due to the resignation of board member Mr. Mofareh bin Abdullah Al-Shehri (independent member) from (02/03/1447H.), corresponding to (25/08/2025G.)

The formation of the Board of Directors, after the change, shall be:

1-    Mr. Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Fahd Al-Rashed (Chairman - dependent member)
2-    Mr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Talib (dependent member)
3-    Dr. Ziad bin Abdulrahman Abanmi (dependent member)
4-    Mr. Walid bin Nasser Al-Muajil (dependent member)
5-    Mr. Fahd bin Abdulaziz Al-Muharib (independent member)
