Announcement by anb capital regarding the distributions of Fund’s dividends to the Unitholders of anb capital Dividends Equity Fund (Shariah)
1. Total distributed dividends 458,941.91 SAR
2. Cash Distributions shall be based on 3,367,530.05 outstanding units.
3. The amounts of dividends distributed is 0.13628443 SAR for each unit.
4. The distribution ratio is 1.26% of the net asset value as on “Date (04/01/1447 H.), corresponding to (29/06/2025 G)”
5. Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of day, date (05/01/1447 H), corresponding to (30/06/2025 G)”
6. Distributions will be paid within 20 working days from the entitlement date.
The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
